Sergio is a Structural Bridge Engineer with 39 years of experience in the design, construction and inspection of bridges and large structural concrete projects. He has gained a unique combination of design and construction expertise through his work in heavy highway, public works, flood control and private projects. Sergio’s extensive experience includes the design and construction of various types of bridges for traffic interchanges, system traffic interchanges, river and canal crossings and pedestrian bridges. He has also designed drainage structures and retaining walls for various agencies. Sergio has managed pre-design and final design projects. His expertise is extremely valuable on value engineering reviews, sequencing issues, time analysis studies and cost estimates on complex projects. Sergio’s experience also includes the structural inspection of bridges and retaining walls.
