Sandy has more than 27 years of Business Development, Marketing, and Management experience in the AEC Industry. With a focus on Public Works, Sandy's goal is to establish long-term relationships bringing added value to both internal and external clients. Sandy has been on the APWA Board for seven years and currently serves as the Arizona Chapter Immediate Past President.
