Ethos' Leadership Transitions Internally

Sergio Oliden, former President of Ethos Engineering, has been successfully growing the firm with support of his Partners, Pancho Garza and Keith Dahlen. To ensure continued growth and mentorship, Sergio recently stepped down as a Partner and passed the Presidential baton and management of the company to Pancho Garza. Sergio remains active assuming the role of Structures Section Manager and will focus on growing and mentoring the team. Pancho started working at Ethos in 2018 managing geotechnical engineering projects and providing mentorship to junior staff. In addition to his new role of managing the company’s operations, Pancho will continue to successfully manage projects for clients.

 

Current employees Daniel Fréchette and Jesse Huston both started working at Ethos in 2022 and have been elevated to Partners. They will continue to manage their geotechnical engineering projects as well as provide leadership support to the team. Please join us in congratulating the Ethos Leadership team.

Sergio Oliden started Ethos Engineering, LLC in 2012 serving Arizona clients with a people-focused culture. Over the years, Ethos has expanded its services to include horizontal structural engineering and geotechnical engineering for the transportation environment.

Ethos Teams up for Pickleball

When Arizona weather is good, our Team jumps on the opportunity to be outdoors together.  January was our kick-off to monthly pickleball fun!

Brian Grimaldi and Wife, Nina, Raising Funds for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation...

Brian and Nina recently volunteered at the JDRF bike ride event in Death Valley, CA. They will both be riding to raise funds at the Tucson event 11/19 and the Amelia Island event 12/3.
